The Black Girls Don’t Get Love Slumber Party was a free event for girls of color—ages 5 to 25—to kick back and enjoy an evening of self care, food, and fun on Valentine’s Day. Girls in attendance were provided with pajamas, slippers, roses, and tiaras, and they had the opportunity to get their hair, nails and make-up done by local cosmetologists.
